Can you answer some questions about The Amistad movie?

I need to do an essay about the amistad movie. I watched it but it was really confusing with the spanish and african language. Here's what I need to know: Did the film raise important questions in your mind? (I just need a couple) Does the film appear to be especially biased in its presentation o fhistory? Explain Does the film reflect important historical/cultural developments related to its production date? Thanks!
