Movie Questions?

I have a few questions I hope you can help me out with. First, what was the name of Ben's fat friend from Knocked Up. He seemed very familar to me. This second question has nothing to to with that movie. I will give you a few details from a movie and please try to tell me what the name of that movie was called. It was about this police officer that was really good and got moved to a town that was supposed to be perfect. He found problems that started occuring and people were being murdered everywhere. When he told everyone what was going on, no one believed him because they were all part of the group that was killing everyone. Even his best friend was part of the group.     In the Movie I think his name was Jonah and his real name is Jonah Hill. Also the movie that you are describing is called Hot Fuzz
